'Enterprise one WIDGET' stop showing after data refresh from PD920 to INT920

We are in the process of upgrading the tools release from 9.2.7.3 to 9.2.6.1.

All non-production environments have been upgraded to 9.2.6.1. After that, we performed a data refresh (business data and control tables) from the PD920 (Production) environment to INT920. Since the refresh, the WIDGET options are no longer visible.

After the data refresh, I noticed that a few UDCs were missing, so I re-added them in INT920. I followed the document “E1: OMWWEB: Required User Define Code (UDC) Tables Related to User Defined Objects (UDOs) Issues after Tools Release Upgrade to 9.2.x.x – KB603608” and then restarted the instance, but this did not resolve the issue. before data refresh it was working.
