HTTP Status 403 Forbidden Error while accessing REST Workflow Catalog in IP 26.1

in Siebel Open UI, Tools, Scripting and EAI (MOSC) Question

Hi,

We have enabled REST in our Dev environment IP 26.1

Add couple of custom workflows in Business Process Access View with Siebel Administrator Responsibility.

EAI Component is accepting anonymous request with user having Siebel Admin Responsibility.

REST Profile is also enabled in the SMC In Application Interface.

When trying to access workflow definition or Catalog from SOAP REST API, getting HTTP Status 403 Forbidden error.

What could be the reason for this error?
