Business classfication mandatory using OAF personalization

Hi,

We defined the MSME types in supplier business classification and we need to mandatory the business classification. Enduser should select the MSME types at the time of supplier creation and system should not allow to save the records with out this business classification. So we have set the required to "yes" for for the fields classification,Applicable and Certificate Number in function level using OAF personalization.

Our requirement is system should not allow to save the record with out business classification details. But when we create a new suppliers with out business classification then system allow to save the record.
