how to restore pbd from backup full into another CDB

Hello,

I have a backup full from PROD environment.

Prod = cdb → CPROD pdb → PROD

I Need to clone to hml environment.

Hml = cdb → CHML pdb → HML

I Delete HML pdb.

Normally i use clone with dblink, but not work.

I didnt PROD backup full, i went run duplicate pdb PROD → HML.
