Oracle EBS GL Setup - Foreign Bank in Gujarat Gift City with USD Reporting & INR Local Payments

Dear Oracle Community,

We are currently undertaking the setup of a new entity in Gujarat Gift City, India. As a foreign bank establishing operations in India, a critical requirement is that our reporting ledger currency must be USD.

Given that the majority of our payments will be made to vendors within India, this will involve significant INR payments. Additionally, some foreign currency invoice payments might also be necessary.

We are seeking insights from anyone who has experience or has already performed a new entity setup in the Gujarat Gift City location with similar currency requirements within Oracle EBS General Ledger
