Activity codes not transferring when copying project

When we are copying our project in Primavera P6, the activity codes are not transferring to the new project. This data is required for our weekly customer deliverables. We are using Project, EPS and Global activity codes - none are transferring. We upgraded to v.24.12 from v.19 a few weeks ago and have been experiencing the issue since upgrading.
