How to do duplicate check of SR using extensible attributes in R12.2.10(Service Module)

in Teleservice - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi All,
Is there a way to do duplicate checking of SR using extensible attributes. We are on R12.2.10. I see the documentation suggests the way to use it via attributes, but we would like to use extended attributes. Please let me know if any one accomplished this.
