OEM 24ai update download

Hi, when trying to download either U7 or U8 for OEM 24ai I'm getting "400 Bad Request" most of the time. I have managed to download U7 and U8 once but when trying to open the file I am getting, zip file in invalid. Has anyone come across this? is there a work around?
