Month Previously Remeasured

We have a select number of leases that will not let us remeasure. We follow the same process on all of our leases that need to be remeasured, and the number keeps growing where we receive the error…Month Previously Remeasured. We have deleted all previous remeasurements, sometimes going back to the beginning of the lease (years back). Like I said, it is different for all leases, most remeasure like they should, but a growing number give us issues. As it is right now, we cannot complete our close process because of this issue.

Would love to know your thoughts.
