The source of "ps_re_ls_trm_dst" record in Peoplesoft Lease Administration

Hi,

We are seeing some inconsistency w.r.t to the data in ps_re_ls_trm_dst record. We have some handful of Lease in our system which has data on ps_re_ls_trm_dst record for some term id of a Lease and not at all for some of the Leases. Can anyone please advise how the data is populated on what scenarios on this record.
