trying to launch JdevW from Patch 36799375: 10G JDEVELOPER WITH OA EXTENSION, but getting the following error on Windows 11.

Unable to launch the java virtual machine located at path

Located at path: ..\..\jdk\jre\bin\client\jvm.dll
