Expenditure OU ID is not working in SLA Journal Line Type condition for Project Labor Cost

I need to create new pair of accounting Journal for Project Labor Cost event with SLA, by creating new Journal Line Type (JLT). It works well for all condition defined in JLT, except for Expenditure Operating Unit ID.

The same Expenditure Operating Unit ID is applied in Account Derivation Rule (ADR), it is working well. Unfortunately, this condition has to be applied in JLT to control the event trigger by Operating Unit ID.

Anybody experiencing the same? Any patch available for this?
