While batch creation, issuing two item from same ingredient lot

While batch creation, it supposed to create by consuming xyz item from 9999999* lot. but we have another item abc is consuming from same lot 9999999*. and we don't have inventory on abc on 9999999*. after batch creation it is throwing negative inventory on abc(9999999*).
