Oracle upgrade 18c to 19c on RHEL

Hello,

I'm looking for best practices for upgrading Oracle 18c to 19c. The database is running on Red Hat 9.6. Eventually I want migrate from Oracle to Red Hat rpm but I need to get the database running on 19c first. I have a dev host and a Prod host, both running 18c. Once I can upgrade dev, I will perform the same steps on Prod.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
