Unable to download patches from MOS (400 Bad Request)

Trying to get the latest April 2026 CPU patches from MOS this morning and I am unable to download anything. MOS just keeps throwing an error: "400 Bad Request
Request Header Or Cookie Too Large." Seems like updates.oracle.com is down?
