Lot status code dropping after movement in P43250

We are currently using Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2.6.5.

We have identified an issue where users are performing transactions through the P43250 (Movement and Disposition) program. In the observed scenario, inventory is being moved within the same bucket (CONS to CONS). Specifically, a lot (Lot1) with a hold status is transferred from location LOCN1 to LOCN2.

After the transaction, a new item location record is successfully created for LOCN2; however, the lot hold status is not retained in the Lot Availability for the new location.

Could you please confirm if there are any known issues, documented bugs, or relevant knowledge articles related to this behavior? Additionally, we are currently unable to download articles from the new support website—any guidance on this would also be appreciated.
