Material Debrief error in EBS12.2.14

EBS 12.2.14 OCI Infrastructure | Field Service —Debrief Issue

we are encountering below error while we are doing transaction testing a spart of EBS upgrade project ( 12.2.6 to 12.2.14)

Error: ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called in package CSI_ITEM_INSTANCE_PVT (procedure UPDATE_ITEM_INSTANCE)

kindly advise what I should get checked? its quite urgent
