I cannot find in then new MOS search the "Critical Patch Update (CPU) Apr 2026 for Oracle Database Products" that was expected to be released on Apr-21-2026.

The search shows the "Critical Patch Update (CPU) Jan 2026 for Oracle Database Products" - Jan-21-2026
