Full package build failing for 2 NERs

We are trying to build full package in Production but it is failing for 2 NERs: N7700080, N7700090.

Update package is successful for these objects. We had deployed these objects 2 months ago and it was successful in PD. Also, full build is successful in Non-production. Only production, we are having this issue.
