How to remove component 'Oracle Programmer'. Currently I am using Precompiler's(PROC), Oracle Forms

I would like to understand the implications of removing the Oracle Programmer component from our environment.

Currently, we are actively using Oracle Precompilers (Pro*C) and Oracle Forms

I have the following questions:

1.What exactly is included under the Oracle Programmer component?

2. If I uninstall only “Oracle Programmer,” will it impact:

Pro*C compilation (proc), Existing build processes on our server, Oracle Forms functionality

3. Does removing this component also remove or affect Precompilers (like Pro*C)?

4. Are there any dependencies or prerequisites I should verify before proceeding with the removal?

Unfortunately, I do not have access to MOS.
