Unable to copy file session-<XXXXXXXXXXX> from database node to middle tier

Please let me know the solution for this issue in EBS 12.2

Copy DBXFER files
Copying file session-XXXXXXXXXXX from database node to middle tier
Database directory is: /u01/…/…/temp Unable to open file session-XXXXXXXX on database node 
Unable to copy file session-XXXXXXXXXX from database node to middle tier

File test in FS Diagnostic concurrent failing with below errors.

An Error occured during file transmission in the FND File Server: The Applications File Server could not open the file 840063785 for read.
-- END FILE ---------------------------------------

-- ERROR: Unable to transfer file successfully!

I have already checked FNDFS connectivity between nodes, those are intact.
