Order Management AI Agent
Hi,
I am currently working with the Order Management AI Agent and have encountered an issue related to Order Management Extensions.
It appears that the AI Agent’s functionality is being impacted when Groovy-based Order Management Extensions are enabled. In our case, the agent does not behave as expected unless we disable these extensions. Once the Groovy extensions are turned off, the AI Agent starts working properly.
I wanted to check:
- Has anyone else experienced a similar issue where Order Management Extensions interfere with AI Agent behavior?
- Are there any known limitations or compatibility considerations between AI Agents and Groovy extensions in Order Management?
