Negative Quantity allowed despite processing option restriction

Hello,

We have enabled the processing option in Inventory Transaction programs to disallow negative quantity available. However, we are still noticing that quantities are going negative.

Could you please help us understand why this is happening and if there are any additional settings that need to be checked?
