Oracle Database Client 19.3.0.0 (full/heavy client) on Windows x64

Hi everyone,

I have a question about patching an Oracle Database Client 19.3.0.0 (full/heavy client) on Windows x64.

I need to apply the latest Windows Bundle Patch to bring it to version 19.28 or above.

My questions are:

      1.    Is the Windows Bundle Patch (Win BP) the same patch for both a Database Home and a Client-only Home on Windows?

      2.    Or is there a dedicated patch for Client-only installations on Windows? The Win BP README mentions checking the Patch Availability Document (PAD) for the “Oracle Database Client” row — is this the right place to loo

Any documentation reference would be greatly appreciated!
