Unique Constraint on Temp Table PS_PC_FNDPRT_TAO4

We are receiving a UNIQUE CONSTRAINT ERROR on the PS_PC_FNDPRT_TAO4 when running PC_FND_DIST. There is nothing in this table and the select for the insertion show not duplicate rows based on selected indexes/keys.

Any ideas of actions?
