Downloading Patches

in Oracle Weblogic Server (MOSC)

Hi all. I am having an freak'n hell of a time trying to download the Oracle Weblogic patches….I constantly get a 401 error. I am shutdown and restarted….still dealing with this. Oracle, pull you head out of your ass and make these more accessible!
