PERSON_BASIC_SYNC not working correctly for changes made via Fluid Modify a Person in HCM 9.2.53

Changes made via Fluid Modify a Person on HCM 9.2.53 are not being carried over to FSCM 9.2.55 correctly on the PERSON_BASIC_SYNC integration message.
We are on PeopleTools 8.61.17.

Has anyone else had issues with PERSON_BASIC_SYNC functionality after moving to the Fluid Modify a Person page?
