E1 40R How to handle backorder and In transit quantity while working with DS

in Distribution - JDE1 (MOSC) Question

Hi everyone

We have a case where one customer is sending quantity planned (forecast demand), quantity firm (sales orders), but also they are sending backorder quantity and in transit quantity.

Is there a way to handle backorder quantity and in transit quantity in demand scheduling? This is from a Customer stand point.
