SIT Attachment Extracted from DB but not shown on Enter & Maintain Attachment Screen

Hello,

We are working on extracting the SIT attachment for all employees

Technical team extracted the attachment from DB and noticed that for some employees, the attachment extracted from DB but its not shown in the employee record on the People Enter and Maintain screen !

Even though the related SIT request normally exists on the special info screen

Any input why the attachment could exist on DB and not shown on the people screen?
