How to check receipt has created by -1 and request id -1

Hi Expert,

We have a receipt created on 07-May-2026 for Org A. However, when we checked again on 12-May-2026, the receipt was showing under Org B.

When querying AR_CASH_RECEIPTS_ALL, the receipt shows CREATED_BY = -1 and REQUEST_ID = -1.

In AR_CASH_RECEIPT_HISTORY_ALL, the field CREATED_FROM = 'ARRERGW', and the CREATED_BY and REQUEST_ID values are the same as in AR_CASH_RECEIPTS_ALL.

Could you please help us investigate this issue?
