Frm-93552 after installing Patch 38879115

in Oracle Weblogic Server (MOSC)

Hi,

I did install four patches for our WebLogic Server 12.2.1.4.0 : 39096983,39163907,39073998, and 38879115. But after installing 38879115 I got a FRM-93552

cannot connect to runtime process: Newly created runtime process has terminated abnormally

error. I reverted the patches and did install only 39096983,39163907,39073998. Is this a know issue of 38879115 ?
