Unable to add myself to the Oracle support group
I am a new joinee,
I entered the Oracle support through my oracle account, then it asks for account name and user group ID, even though i give the fields with the value of tenancy name in the account name and my groupID it is saying invalid sign in what should be done to overcome this issue and add myself to the existing Oracle support group that my team has?
Note: I tried all possible options i should be giving to the Account name field
