Can anyone confirm the required components and licensing for implementing SSO and 2FA using Oracle Access Manager (OAM) 14c with on-premises Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2?

Can we use the existing Oracle EBS database to run RCU for OAM and OID, or do we need a separate database? If a separate database is required, do we need to license it separately?
