Implementation of the OCOM dashboard and KPIs
Hello.
OCOM dashboard is currently being implemented.
We would like to identify the most appropriate KPI items for the following three categories, and I would greatly appreciate your recommendation.
I have been reviewing KPIs such as Active Sessions, Session Duration Time, Failed Session Completion Ratio, Total Number of Active Calls, and Number of Failed Ingress Legs.
However, I am not completely sure what each of these metrics actually represents.
It would also be very helpful if there are any reference materials or documentation that explain each KPI in detail.
As this is my first time setting this up, there are many metrics I’m not familiar with.
