performing upgrade from 18.8 to 19.6 -odax7-2m

We are performing an upgrade from 18.8 to 19.6. As per the upgrade guide, we have downloaded the required main patches. However, the readme/context information is not showing any details. The patch size is quite large (around 4GB). Could you please suggest how we can proceed with this patch or not but read me size only 1kb.
