Is it certified to apply Oracle Data Redaction on specific tools (e.g. SQL Plus) and non-EBS account

We would like to know if it is certified to apply Oracle Data Redaction on specific tools (e.g. SQL Plus) and non-EBS accounts only, so that we specific support accounts select sensitive data from SQL Plus, the data will be encrypted on the fly. However, we think this should be no impact to the EBS online applications, and to EBS accounts (e.g. APPS) when selecting the sensitive data.

Could anyone please confirm if this is certified and supported?
