how to setup inspection required at receiving for specific RMA / Order line type ?

How to setup inspection required at receiving for specific RMA / Order line type not all RMA/Order line type ?

I tried Inspection Required check box at OM/ONT Transaction Type setup ( shipping tab) but that is not working.

We don't want to enable RMA Inspection Status to "Inspection required" at item level because then all RMA return will be inspection required. We wnat to enable inspection for specific RMA type only.

Please help.
