Best approach for automated Email or Watchlist notifications when a UBE terminates/fails?

Hello Community,

I am looking for the best practice or recommended approach to set up automated alerts when a batch job (UBE) terminates or ends in an error status ('E' or 'T').

Ideally, I would like to explore two different angles for this:

  1. Email Alerts: Getting a proactive email notification (ideally with the User ID, UBE name, version, and job number) the moment a job fails.
  2. Watchlists: Creating a real-time Watchlist on a UX One dashboard for system administrators or super users to monitor daily failures visually.


    How can I accomplish this?
