JDE E1 Transportation Rates setup configuration

in Distribution - JDE1 (MOSC) Question

Hi,

We currently configure US transportation rates using state-level carrier zones. However, we have a new requirement to apply exceptions for specific zip codes. For example, within the state of Ohio, we need a standard flat rate applied across the board, except for a few specific ZIP codes (e.g., 45123, 45124) which require unique, specialized rates.

Carrier ABC going to Zone OH ( Discount 30% and Min. charges $70)
Carrier ABC going to zip code 45123 in OH ( Discount 35% and Min. Charges $65)

Could you please advise, how can this be achieved in EnterpriseOne?
