MediaObject "This media object is not viewable..."

Hi,

When the user attaches a PDF file, the following message appears:

This media object is not viewable because of settings on your browser. Please download the media object file to your local machine to view with an appropriate application.Hold down the Control key, and click here to save this media object.

Currently, we have:

tr: 9.2.5.6

Use Enhanced Media Objects User Interface = false

Use ActiveX Controls (feature to be deprecated in future release) = OLEONLY

How should I configure SM setting it so that the PDF file is displayed directly within the app? ..and not opening another tab...

On the Orch website, I see that it has the same configuration, so do I have to make the same change as well?
