TMS: There are Accessories charges in Rate Schedule how that get applied to shipment and load?

Hi Team,

i want to understand How Accessories charges in Rate schedule get populated for a shipment or load.

there is a Rate schedule : CHARGES under that there are multiple rate name e.g HAZMAT ,TP etc there is a rate and rate definition setup for a origin and carrier only specific carrier or specific origin so how that shipment will get applied with these rate ,

2. Is there any standard function to auto populate the rate for specific carrier and origin.

3.Is there a way in which rate can we applied manually where ever needed for specific item shipping for a shipment but amount should auto populate if rate is entered manually.
