apply patch 38818049 on Windows x86-64, got error code 73

in Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC) Question

in log file, there are:

  • DeleteAction : Destination File "c:\opt\oracle\product\19c\dbhome_1\oui\lib\win64\cvruntime140.dll is in the jar list,OOP should be launched.
  • oracle.jdk, 1.8.0.201.0 cannot delete file "c:\opt\oracle\product\19c\dbhome_1\jdk\jre\bin\server\classes.jsa"
