Leave Donation Issue When User Donates From Multiple Entitlements

Hi All,

Jill here. Just alerting all of a known issue with Leave Donation. We are finding that when users choose to donate multiple entitlements, the system lumps up the donations and reduces from only one entitlement.

Knowledge article KB906726 explains:

"If a user donates two different types of leave in one setting, the Leave Donation process combines the values of both donations against one of the entitlements. 

This has several adverse results:

  1. The donor's entitlement balances will not be proper.
  2. If the combined total is more than the donor's balance of the first entitlement, the system will display a bogus error stating the donor doesn't have sufficient entitlement to donate.
