UK Announcement: Mileage Rate Change Effective from April 2026 Patches are Released.

Dear Customers,

The following patches are now available to download and apply via My Oracle Support:

39453585:R12.PQP.C - hrglobal required for UK codes.
39453585:R12.PQP.B - hrglobal required for UK codes*.

The patch contains Mileage Rate changes effective from April 2026.
Post Install Steps need to be run after patch installation, patch Readme has important installation, setup instructions and guidelines.

*IMPORTANT - Market Driven Support for EBS Release 12.1 UK Payroll Customers

Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3 moved into Sustaining Support on January 1, 2022. There is a "Business Critical Fixes and Limited Updates for Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1.3" offering, also known as "Market Driven Support", available to UK Payroll Customers still on Release 12.1. All UK Payroll Customers still on Release 12.1 will need to purchase Market Driven Support (MDS) in order to download and apply the
