Selecting DB shapes in ODA based on licensed Processor

Hello Team,

Please I need clarification on the below.

Customer has 2 x ODA X11-HA (one ODA X11-HA at Prod site and One at DR site.)

Customer bought total of 9 processor cores license for DB at both Prod and DR.

Based on the license, 2 cores /ODA Node (Prod and DR), which amount to 4cores per ODA at Prod and DR.

My question is, when creating the DB on the Appliance, which DB shape do we select odb2 or odb4.

Based on my knowledge should be shape (odb2) but just need confirmation if am right or not.
