I am running OEM 15.5.0.0 and have just finished applying the OMS and Holistic Patch.

I am reading the README file for the Perl patch and I need confirmation for this instruction line :

2.3 Environment Checks

2.3.1. Ensure that you set (as the home user) the ORACLE_HOME environment variable to the Oracle home.

The ORACLE_HOME, does it refer to the OEM home or to the database home? My thinking is that it refers to the OEM home but I ask to confirm.

Why can't a README file be more specific, clear with its instructions?
