Broker lookup in ECB - not working

Hello,

we have ECB version PCZ4.2.0 Patch 4 (Build 249) and I wanted to check the routing with Broker lookup widget, but when I introduce the values for From URI , Request URI and Source agent I just get;

On the other hand when I test this feature in our lab it works fine.

What could be the problem? Is there any parameter that I have activated on the lab that makes it work? Is there any other way to see how ECB is making route decisions, I checked sipd logs and eventually you see the final result but not the steps…
