After upgrade to EPM 11.2.25 can not download files via Essbase interface > Files

in Hyperion EPM General (MOSC) 1 commentQuestion

Hi,
Windows environment upgraded to 11.2.25.
The file download attempt (via essbase/jet interface e.g. /essbase/rest/internal/v1/files/applications/APP/Plan1/data.txt)
ends code 400 in access.log.

But when I copy URL from browser > downloads > copy download link (failed download)
and paste it into a new tab, the download is successful, code 200.

Have you got any suggested solution?
