Oracle 19.31.0.0 GI installation failed [FATAL] [DBT-30002] ORA-15018: diskgroup cannot be created.

Hi,

GI installation failed with below error when use ./gridSetup.sh -applyRU /u01/app/oracle/xxxx/39036936

Server : RHEL 9
