Has anyone had success in Wage Statement Bulk download for Offcycles

Recently downloaded the patches related to Wage Statement Bulk Download. While testing am observing it wont print the off cycle checks on the PDF

The Run control page offers that as an option, I tried Both and just Off Cycle, but it would not print. The log says no employees to process.

Has anyone faced the same issue, am I missing some patch?

The oncycles work just fine. Please share your experience.
